The Heartland Procurement Technical Assistance Center (Heartland PTAC) assists Kansas businesses in obtaining federal, state and local government contracts by guiding owners through the government procurement regulations and helping them to identify procurement opportunities.

To work with the PTACs, a business must be at least 1 year old.
